CSD10: Cognitive Skill Development
This course is designed for Grade 9 students to teach Cognitive development skills. A child in late adolescence: Uses complex thinking to focus on less self-centred concepts and personal decision-making. Has increased thoughts about more global concepts, such as justice, history, politics, and patriotism. Often develops idealistic views on specific topics or concerns. Children in this age group might: Learn more defined work habits. Show more concern about future school and work plans. Be better able to give reasons for their own choices, including about what is right or wrong. As your teen matures from 15 years old to their 18th birthday, they are gaining the skills they need to become a young adult. During these years, teens are taking on more responsibilities, navigating high school, and gaining more independence, but they also may be getting more confident in their abilities. They will learn personnel grooming, time management, more concern for future, exhibit define work habits, except the change in their body and voice, how to deal with peer pressure, handle bully in smart way, open to express their own feeling and take right decision in life for better future.
