This course is designed for students of Grade 2. In this course, students will learn how to properly use water in a sustainable manner. They will see that it’s easy to waste water and even easier to take water for granted. They will learn the truth that the supply of good quality fresh water is limited. They will also learn about “Water Cycle” by which Earth’s fixed amount of water is collected, purified, and distributed from the environment to living things and back to the environment. This course will introduce students to the various steps of the water cycle and will help them make connections between the water cycle and all living things. Moreover, they will learn to cut back on water waste. Video clips, pictures, presentation slides will help the Grade 2 students to learn the importance of water in life. Total time allocated for this course is 24 hours.
